About Our Design Services
Why do we offer graphic design services?
Many times a day, we receive artwork files that will only print at an unacceptable quality level. Of course, we wouldn't accept it, nor would we expect you to either. Thankfully with our eagled eyed production team, we've developed processes and software to spot many common issues with artwork before we print.
We always recommend you to have artwork designed by professionals. Simple submission of logo/images with your order is NOT a Print-Ready file format and will incur additional time & cost. In addition, your request for incorrect design files will lead to delayed production and product delivery. We understand the above information looks daunting, and this is why our production team are only too happy to lend a hand in identifying issues if they arise. We can fix some of these issues relatively quickly, but others take time and incur a charge. Therefore, to keep the process fast & easy for our customers, we only offer two design packages.
OPTION 2: PREMIUM ARTWORK LAYOUT PACKAGE
*Please note: We do not offer a full graphic design service as some design agencies do.
*We focus on high-quality signage layouts at a low cost and fast speed to help you receive your signs back as quick as possible. Therefore, we do not work on designs before an order has been placed.

Design Services - FAQ's
Our process is simple!
1. Select your products
Visit our website and choose your display product.
2. Place your order
Place your order online / phone.
No payment is required at time of placing an order.
3. Artwork Design
You have two main options:
1. Upload your Print-Ready file
2. Let us design one for you
4. Processing
Our team member will be in touch with you to discuss the order further.
5. Proofing
Our designers will email you a digital proof for approval prior to production.
6. Production
Once your artwork is approved, your job is pushed into production.
7. Payment
We will email you a tax invoice requesting full payment ahead of the production of your order.
8. Completion
Once the order is dispatched, we will email you a tracking number confirming the dispatch.
