About Our Design Services

Why do we offer graphic design services?

Many times a day, we receive artwork files that will only print at an unacceptable quality level. Of course, we wouldn't accept it, nor would we expect you to either. Thankfully with our eagled eyed production team, we've developed processes and software to spot many common issues with artwork before we print. 

We always recommend you to have artwork designed by professionals. Simple submission of logo/images with your order is NOT a Print-Ready file format and will incur additional time & cost. In addition, your request for incorrect design files will lead to delayed production and product delivery. We understand the above information looks daunting, and this is why our production team are only too happy to lend a hand in identifying issues if they arise. We can fix some of these issues relatively quickly, but others take time and incur a charge. Therefore, to keep the process fast & easy for our customers, we only offer two design packages.

 

OPTION 1: STANDARD ARTWORK LAYOUT PACKAGE 
Need essential artwork layout services using text and logos with one image? Standard design service may be the package for you.
The "Standard Artwork Layout Package" is recommended & suitable for products like flags, table throws & rigid signs, pop up gazebos, pull up banners, fabric banner stands, vinyl banners, posters, magnetic signs, simple retail signs etc.

OPTION 2: PREMIUM ARTWORK LAYOUT PACKAGE 

After something a little bit fancy? You might want to check out this package that allows our designers extra time for creativity. 
The "Premium Artwork Layout Package" is recommended & suitable for products like events & exhibition displays, expo shell graphics including stretch fabric displays, pop up stretch fabric walls, media walls, counters & modular displays, pop up gazebos etc.
