Return Policy

We do everything in our power to make your order perfect, but sometimes things go awry. We're committed to making your experience with us so fabulous that you'll want to come back for more and bring your friends along too. That’s why we’ve crafted the most generous return policy in the industry.

Step 1: Let Us Know If something isn’t right with your order when it arrives, please let us know right away! You have 30 calendar days from the delivery date to contact us. To be eligible for a return, the goods should always be in new, unused condition.

Simply call our friendly customer support team at 1300721614 or fill out our contact form with your order number (found in your order confirmation email). We're here to help!

Step 2: We’ll Fix It If there’s been a mix-up on our end, we’ll make it right! We’ll reprint your order and ship it to you at no extra cost, all within our standard production time.

If the mistake was on your end, no worries! We are more than happy to consider it on a case by case basis. Remember, we want you happy so rest assured that we will try our best to make it work. Some of the most common errors we see are approving proofs without paying attention which can case problems or concerns once the order is delivered. 

Shipping Damage? No Problem! We use Startrack Australia for all our shipping, but if your order arrives damaged, we’ll handle it with them and reprint your product at no additional cost to you, getting it to you within the standard production time.

A Few Things to Note Once you’ve received your sign and it’s installed, any issues beyond that point, including additional modifications, aren’t covered under our return policy. We’re sorry, but paid design services can’t be refunded.
