3:00 PM Cut-Off → 24-Hour Production → Dispatch/Pickup the Following Business Day
Approve your artwork and complete payment by 3:00 PM (Melbourne time) on a business day. Your order then enters a 24-hour production window. After production, it’s dispatched or ready for pickup the following business day.
To qualify
• Order is placed before 3:00 PM (Melbourne time)
• Payment is completed
• Artwork proof is approved before the cut-off
If your proof is approved after 3:00 PM, it moves into the next business day’s 24-hour production window.
Example timeline
• Mon (approve before 3 PM) → Production within 24 hrs (Mon PM–Tue PM) → Dispatch/Pickup Wed
• Fri (approve before 3 PM) → Production within 24 hrs (Fri PM–Mon PM) → Dispatch/Pickup Tue
Notes: Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Large or complex orders may require extra time.
Same-Day Service (Optional) – 6 Business-Hour Turnaround
If you opt for Same-Day Service and approve your artwork with payment completed on a business day, we’ll have your order ready for dispatch or pickup within 6 business hours from approval. This expedites the standard 24-hour production timeline.
To qualify
• Same-Day Service is selected (or confirmed with our team)
• Artwork proof is approved, and payment is completed
• Available for eligible products and quantities only (capacity limits may apply)
How it works
• The 6-hour window starts from the moment of approval (during business hours).
• If approval occurs late in the day, any remaining hours roll over to the next business day.
• We’ll notify you once the order is ready for pickup or has been dispatched.
Examples
• Approve 10:00 AM (business day) → Ready by ~4:00 PM the same day
• Approve 3:30 PM (business day) → Remaining hours roll to next business day → Ready by late morning/early afternoon next business day
Notes: “Business hours” and eligibility vary by product and workload. Weekends and public holidays are excluded.
Delivery Schedule
Deliveries take place between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday, using trusted national couriers such as StarTrack.
Please note:
Production time is separate from delivery time. Delivery timeframes begin once your proof is approved and the product enters production.

Missed Delivery or Delays
Your order may be delayed for the following reasons:
- Artwork proof was approved after the 3 PM cut-off
- Delivery address is in a regional or remote area
- Courier delays outside our control
- Unexpected production issues (we will notify you immediately if this occurs)
If a delay causes your order to miss a critical deadline, and it is no longer required, you may refuse delivery and return the product for a full refund.
Over 97% of our orders are delivered on or ahead of schedule.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be sent to your email.
You can use this link to monitor your shipment status directly via the courier’s website.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
Yes – in some cases.
If you need to update your delivery address, please call us as soon as possible on 1300 721 614.
If your order has not yet been placed on a pallet or dispatched, we will try our best to update the delivery address. If the shipment is already prepared or in transit, address changes may not be possible.
Please check your address carefully before placing your order to prevent any delays.
Can I ship to multiple addresses?
Yes, but it is recommended to place separate orders for each destination.
If you'd prefer to have items delivered to different locations within one order, we can assist you. However, doing so will require the order to be manually split and recreated in our system, which may delay production and delivery.
For the most efficient service, submit one order per shipping location.
Do you deliver to P.O. Boxes?
No.
Our couriers only deliver to physical street addresses.
Please provide a valid business or residential address at checkout.
Do you offer combined delivery?
Yes. All items purchased in the same order will be printed and shipped together to a single address, unless specified otherwise.
If you require partial deliveries to different locations, please contact us prior to placing your order. Additional shipping charges will apply.
Do you offer blind shipping?
Yes.
We offer white-label (blind) shipping for all orders. No Vividads branding will appear on packaging or shipping labels—ideal for resellers.
Invoices and order documentation are sent to you via email and are never included in the parcel.
