Damaged Items
On rare occasions where products have
been damaged in transit, please inform our sales team
immediately in writing. If on receipt you suspect the
items have been damaged in transit please sign ‘DAMAGED’
on the carrier’s delivery note. You will then have 3
working days to inform us in writing (after receipt of
goods). All damaged goods must be returned and pre-paid
for delivery.
• Hardware (units) are ONLY covered under a
warranty.
• Printed banners, graphics, pvc panels
etc are NOT covered under any
warranty.

*Storage: We will only store the goods
for 4 weeks. The storage goods will be subject to storage
charge at $20/day after 30 days of storage.
Delivery
TNT road express is our standard
delivery. Extra cost applies for overnight service.
Vivid Ads reserves the right to make the
final decision on any applicable delivery cost.
Clients are allowed to get their goods
picked up at their cost.
Order Cancellation
We strictly adhere to the following
cancellation policy:
• If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been shipped,
you will be assessed a 50% cancellation fee before
credit is issued. 50% cancellation fee applies once the
order has been placed.
• If you cancel your order AFTER it has been shipped,
the cancellation will have to be treated as a Return
with all applicable fees and 75% cancellation fees.
• Orders which are REFUSED AT DELIVERY will be assessed
all of the applicable fees listed above - including
restocking, cancellation and other applicable fees.
Returns Policy
Items cannot be returned unless
damaged or faulty. If you receive faulty goods, you will
then have 3 working days to inform us in writing (after
receipt of goods). We reserve the right to refuse any
returns of any standard stock items unless the items are
damaged or faulty. Damaged or faulty items will be
replaced (customers pays for return of item/s and for
replacement shipment). This does not apply to goods
manufactured to customer’s specifications such as
folding display panels etc. All refunds will be made by
bank transfer only.

Security & Privacy
We take security and privacy issues
very seriously.
We do not sell or otherwise disclose customers' personal details to any other companies.
We accept onsite payments using any of the following modes of payments:
Mastercard, Visa, Cash and Cheques. You may also
pay us by direct deposits to our company's account.

We are happy to accept

9676 9941 and we will provide the necessary shipping
costs.
We kindly ask for payment prior to exporting any goods. All payments must clear our account before dispatch.
Direct debit is the
only option available for the international payments.
