Curing the print ensures sharp print and clear quality.
Our roll-up banners are made to be used inside. While you may use them outside, but their longevity and durability will be affected. Therefore, we do not recommend using them outdoors.
We offer a deluxe foot base for our premium pullup banners. This is one of the most luxurious models we have. It has a chic look that catches everyone’s attention immediately. Braces are not used in this model as it is very robust itself. The combined weight of deluxe roller banners and deluxe foot is 6-8kgs.    Deluxe foot is only suitable for deluxe roller banners. Other banners have a thick material which does not fit in the slot of the deluxe foot. Thus, it causes problems when the banner is rolled in and out.
Yes, you can change the canvas of your roll-up banners. However, only do it if you have knowledge about the product. The roll-up banner has a rolling system which has a high resistance. Changing it without knowledge about the product can damage the banner, print and canvas. You can also order a roll-up banner canvas without the stand.
Yes. Retractable banners / pull up banners are lightweight and portable, so they are easy for one person to move, reposition, and set up and take down. We also provide a carrying case (the cases for standard, premium banners differ and are explained in full detail in the previous question) with either a shoulder strap or handles that make travelling with your banner to and from trade shows and other events as easy as carrying a lightweight duffle bag.
While our retractable banners are built for indoor use, they can be used outdoors for short periods. However, we highly recommend that you refrain from using your retractable banner outside during inclement weather, especially when there are high winds, heavy rainfall and sustained cold temperatures.
A retractable banner requires minimal assembly and no installation. You have to remove everything from the carrying case, lock the pole into place, pull the banner out of the metal base and then attach it to the pole to assemble your retractable banner. For the standard banner, the option is sure to twist or rotate the feet on the bottom of the base, so they are perpendicular to the base. This will help stabilize the standard banner while assembled and in use. If you purchased a display light (or lights), you need to attach the light to the top rung of the banner of either the standard, premium, or deluxe version. The assembly and takedown process is doing the assembly steps in reverse - it only takes a couple of minutes to complete.
